1. Three-striped poison frog (Ameerega trivittata):

This frog is a diurnal amphibious that measures 42 mm. and live close to riversides. In addition, they prefer to eat ants, mosquitos and flies.

2. Giant monkey frog (Phyllomedusa bicolor):

It is a species of nocturnal leaf frog that is arboreal and move by jumping from branch to branch, that is the reason if its name. When they are in mating season, males fight between them making aggressive sounds that are heard by predators along the wonderful jungle.

3. Kinkajou/chosna (potos flavus):

These mammals are mostly nocturnal carnivores as well as the closest relatives of the raccoons. Although its great feature is its long tail, which improves balance and jumping, and even allows it to hold on to branches.

4. Bat falcon (Falco rufigularis):

It is a small falcon that loves eat bats; especially during sunrise and sunset; its wings are long and have a membrane around the eyes to protect vision and improve the capture of prey, most of them small birds that fly over the Tambopata River.

5. Bush dog (Speothos venaticus):

They are diurnal carnivores that measure similar as the domestic dogs but prefer to stay in packs. When they hunt in-group, they can catch big preys, although one alone bush dog even might catch a capibara.

6. Huangana (Tayassu pecari):

These diurnal mammals live in packs from 50 to 300 samples and are omnivores (plants, roots, insects and small rodents). Its most prominent feature is the white beard-like spot on both sides of the muzzle.

8. Paco fish (Myleus pacu):

The amazon fishes are quite bigger than the fishes from the sea, owing to their diet and environment. Because along the phenomenal jungle there are many fruits and leaves that are consumed by this kind of fishes.

9. Ayaymama/ common potoo (Nyctibius griseus):

Open your eyes as wide as possible when you are strolling among the tall trees of the pure rainforest, because you may see this camouflaged bird. Due to the colors of their feathers, they can blend in with tree trunks.

10. Red howler monkey (Alouatta seniculus):

This big primate features a strong howl to communicate the presence of predators, close males… Its fur is reddish and orange, while the skin of its face is black. They eat fruits, leaves and small insects; they live in packs of 6 samples as well.
